Welcome to UnitWise! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, including property management tools, QR code functionality, and property landing pages. By accessing or using UnitWise, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
By creating an account, scanning a QR code, or using any part of the UnitWise platform, you confirm that you:
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during application. This includes your name, email, and any other required details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to use UnitWise for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Property owners and managers are responsible for the content provided on property landing pages. UnitWise is not liable for the accuracy of information displayed or any disputes arising from it.
QR codes generated by UnitWise are for use solely with the properties you manage. Any misuse of QR codes, such as using them for unauthorized purposes, is prohibited.
UnitWise provides the ability for tenants to view and digitally accept terms before accessing full amenity details, such as WiFi credentials. However, UnitWise is not responsible for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from violations of these terms. Property owners and managers retain full responsibility for resolving any issues related to such violations.
UnitWise offers two payment plans:
Your payment reference and next payment due date are displayed on your dashboard for your convenience.
You can upgrade your account at any time. Upon upgrading, you are not required to pay the new package rate immediately. Your current billing cycle will continue until the next payment due date, at which point the new package rate will apply.
Accounts that fail to make payments within three (3) working days after the due date will be frozen. When an account is frozen:

All content on the UnitWise platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by UnitWise or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use this content without our explicit permission.
UnitWise provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.
